Enjoying this series—thank-you. I'd love to read a comparison of different types of narrative arcs i.e. industries, companies, products, employees, ways-of-thinking. Any plans for this?

Related questions, perhaps to be covered in future articles:

- Is a negative cycle inevitable? For example in a different scenario with less underlying "dirt" what scenarios could occur during the pivot phase?

- How does a less-media savvy individual/organisation best prepare for exposure, address criticisms as they arise?

- Are there strong cultural/country differences in how these arcs play out?

- Can you expand on your distaste for PR driven arcs?

- Any thoughts on how contemporary organisations strategically position themselves in terms of purpose and mission?

As someone whose experienced a small taste of the niche/media darling/pivot stages (including being interviewed by you long ago), a revelatory moment was drawing criticism online and having members of the niche community step in to defend my position (without me being present). During the height of the media darling phase my mantra to stay grounded was "don't believe the hype, least of all your own", avoided reading all media coverage, but concentrated on addressing negative comments when they were brought to my attention. I valued the experience and learning about the media process, but far more content to be away from that world.
